Welcome to Sellcell.pk. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Sellcell.pk is an online and physical electronics retailer based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and other electronic products.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability.
  • Products may include brand-new, used, or refurbished devices, as clearly stated in their listings.
  • PTA-approved, Non-PTA, SIM-locked, and factory-unlocked statuses are specified where applicable.
  • Product availability is subject to stock confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, advance payment, and payment at our physical store.
  • Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and locations.
  • Some orders may require a 50% advance deposit, as communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
  • Payment verification generally takes 5–10 minutes after payment details are received, subject to bank processing.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are subject to verification and product availability.
  • Sellcell.pk may contact customers to verify their orders.
  • In case of pricing errors or unavailable products, customers will be informed and any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Delivery and Store Pickup

  • Customers may select available delivery or store pickup options at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Store pickup is available at LG-12, Hafeez Center, Gulberg, Lahore, after order confirmation.

6. Returns and Warranty

  • Eligible products with verified technical or manufacturing defects may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Physical damage, broken screens, water damage, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded from voluntary warranty coverage.
  • After 7 days, applicable manufacturer or product-specific warranty terms apply.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, PTA status, storage, color, and condition before confirming an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sellcell.pk is not responsible for losses caused by customer misuse, unauthorized product modifications, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

Sellcell.pk may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
