Return & Refund Policy – Sellcell.pk

At Sellcell.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for eligible products that develop a verified technical or manufacturing fault.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their product if a technical or manufacturing defect is identified.
  • All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.
  • Returns or exchanges are not available solely due to a change of mind.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned with its original box, accessories and available purchase documentation.
  • The product’s IMEI or serial number must match our sales records.
  • Products must not have been damaged, tampered with or repaired by unauthorized persons after delivery.
  • Sellcell.pk reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a claim.

3. Exclusions

The following are not covered under our return and exchange policy:

  • Broken screens or physical damage.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Accidental damage, misuse or negligence.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused after delivery.

These exclusions do not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.

4. Warranty After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day return period, eligible manufacturing or technical defects will be handled under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to its terms and conditions.

5. Refund Process

Once a return is approved and the product has been inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method, normally bank transfer. Processing time will be communicated after approval.
